2024 Community Satisfaction Survey Results
The Town of Truro conducted the 2024 Community Satisfaction Survey between July and September 2024. The purpose of the survey was to receive anonymous feedback from community members to continuously improve services. Quantitative and qualitative data regarding the quality of services, availability of information, and cost was collected and analyzed for each department. This was the first Community Satisfaction Survey for the Town and could be replicated to track changes and perspectives over time. This presentation of survey results was shared with the public at the Tuesday, April 22, 2025 Select Board meeting and with each Town Department. We will provide updates to the public as suggestions for areas of improvement are implemented.
