Planning Department

 

The Town Planner works with the Truro community to address issues such as land use, housing, transportation, economic development, historic preservation, and natural resources. The Planner serves as the primary staff liaison to the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals. The Planner also assists other Town boards such as the Zoning Task Force and Open Space Committee, among others.

 

The Housing Coordinator leads initiatives that promote Truro’s housing goals and policies. The Housing Coordinator works with Town Administration, the Housing Authority, and other boards/committees on housing-related issues.
