SEASONAL FLU CLINIC SCHEDULED
Tuesday, November 10th, 2015
3:00 PM TO 5:00PM
AT THE TRURO COMMUNITY CENTER
The clinic is open for all Town residents and employees and for those residents who are uninsured and under-insured.
PLEASE BRING A PHOTO ID AND INSURANCE CARDS
